About Us

n8uresMedicine began long before it ever had a name.

It started in a small London kitchen in the 80s, in a home where pharmaceuticals weren’t the first answer. When other families reached for pills, my mum reached for figs, watermelons, mangoes, cucumbers, turmeric, honey, ginger and lemon.

Our kitchen wasn’t just a kitchen.
It was a living herbal cabinet.

She had a silbatta always in use. Relatives flew fruits and spices from India straight into our London home. Counters stacked with vibrant produce, fragrant herbs and healing ingredients. She didn’t keep them for decoration. She used them. Every challenge looked to nature first.

When my sisters had cramps, she handed them figs and bananas.
When me and my brother came home drained from hours of football, she sliced open ice cold watermelon and cucumbers.
When we felt sick, she mixed honey, turmeric, ginger and lemon into a soothing elixir.

I didn’t fully understand it back then, but the seeds were planted.

The thread was always the same.
Nature heals.
People carry the healing.

THE COMMUNITY BUILDER

Long before n8uresMedicine existed as clothing, community was already at the center of my life.

I danced in parks and people gathered.
I taught movement and strangers became friends.
Then came the Slackline chapter.

A simple rope between two anchors taught balance, breath, patience, focus and presence. I built a community in Chiang Mai where kids, elders, locals and travelers learned what their bodies were capable of. Movement, nature, people, healing. These threads were woven into my life long before any brand existed.

THE MOMENT EVERYTHING SHIFTED

April 2025 slowed everything down. A motorcycle accident. Movement stopped. Noise fell away. And in that stillness something powerful happened. Nature showed up again, this time through people.

A neighbor who happened to be a nurse stitched my foot with steady hands and simple tools. She handed me papaya to eat while she worked, then pressed the papaya skin onto the wound the way elders have done for generations.

Every day neighbors arrived with coconuts, mangoes, bananas, mangosteen, papayas and water. No expectation. No hesitation. It felt like my mum’s kitchen had followed me across the world.

Healing came from people holding nature in their hands.

And in that quiet space a truth hit with full clarity.

People know fruit is healthy but they forget its power.
They forget what nature can really do.
They forget the knowledge older generations carried with ease.

I didn’t want to create another wellness page people scroll past and forget.
I wanted the message to move.
I wanted people to carry it.
To wear it.
To teach without speaking.

That’s when it clicked.
Put the facts on clothing.
Put the message on fabric.
Let nature travel one body at a time.

BUILT ON A BROKEN PHONE

The project began with a cracked phone that only worked when plugged into a wall. No laptop. No team. No budget. Just consistency and a message that refused to stay quiet.

Piece by piece it came together.
The Instagram.
The designs.
The benefit entries.
The 206 products.
The store.

I reached out and people reached back.
The team grew.
The creativity grew.
The message got louder.

Nature's message began moving through more hands, more minds, more hearts.
And that’s how a one person idea turned into a growing movement.

NATURE’S MEDICINE TODAY

n8uresMedicine is a project with a global mission.

To remind the world of what heals.
To bring fruit knowledge everywhere.
To honor the nurse who stitched me.
To honor the neighbors who lifted me.
To honor my mum’s kitchen and everything she taught us.
To honor movement, wellness, balance and the human body.

This isn’t clothing.
This is a message carried on fabric.
A reminder of what keeps us alive, vibrant and human.

This is n8uresMedicine.

MISSION STATEMENT

n8uresMedicine exists to reconnect humanity with the healing power of fruits, vegetables, herbs and roots. The original medicine. The everyday medicine. The accessible medicine.

I was raised on it.
I healed with it.
And now I’m sharing it.

Why clothing?

Because messages should move.
Because knowledge should travel.
Because a hoodie can teach a child on a train.
Because a tote bag can start a conversation between strangers.
Because wearing the facts makes them second nature.

Every piece is a quiet educator.
A daily reminder.
A spark.

n8uresMedicine is not a brand.
It is a mission.
A community powered message built to travel across countries, families, cultures and generations.

The goal is simple.
Turn everyday people into everyday educators.
Make healing visible again.
And bring n8uresMedicine back into daily life.

This is not fashion.

This is not merch.

This IS purpose.
